To officially reserve your event with Sorelle Reale, a signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer of 30% of your total investment are required following your consultation and proposal approval.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we accept a limited number of events to ensure an exceptional experience, your date is not secured until both the contract and retainer have been received.
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon receipt, your date is exclusively reserved and preliminary planning, sourcing, and coordination begin immediately. As we decline other inquiries for your reserved date, retainers cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
The remaining balance is outlined in your agreement and must be paid according to the stated schedule. Final payment is due prior to your event date. Services will not be rendered without full payment.
Late payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of prior payments, as detailed in your contract.
